Age Concern has arranged a talk at:
Calle Zaragoza, 25
Thursday 14th November, 11:30am
The talk will be given by Manilva Solicitors and will be about Income Tax payable by non-resident property owners in Spain. The Spanish Inland Revenue automatically assume a benefit from the property, for example using Spanish infrastructure like roads, public services etc.
Therefore they have developed a self-assessed non-resident tax declaration called the Deem Income Tax. This is causing concern to many non-residents who own property in Spain. Manilva Solicitors will explain the tax and the obligation placed on non-residents, and what help can be offered.
Come along to find out more and to have your questions answered – this is a very important issue for many ex-pats.
