INFOLINE is usually available 10am to 4pm Monday to Thursdays, except bank holidays. It is closed over the weeks of Easter, Christmas, New Year and Epiphany.

Running the INFOLINE service costs ACASA – The National Casework Service of Age Concern España – up to 20,000€ a year. We receive no official funding for this service. Without the support of our corporate sponsors and donations from individuals and local organisations this service will close.

2,500€ – pays for a 2 day course for 5 volunteer telephone operators
1,500€ – pays for a 1 month of INFOLINE support costs
